UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE By submitting this form I am agreeing that my child as listed in the form above has my permission to volunteer on site at Neal Landing in Blountstown, FL on the date(s) of February 27th from the hours of 3pm cst - 8pm cst and/or February 28th from the hours of 8am cst - 8pm cst. I understand that my child may be left unattended to work on their own throughout the event as they are asked to monitor various volunteer stations and I agree that they are responsible enough to do so. I understand that in the event my child leaves the festival grounds without permission that I will be notified immediately and that my child solely shall bear the responsibility of their actions. I understand that in the event my child does leave festival grounds without permission they will forfeit any and all volunteer hours earned for the 2026 event Florida River Fest, and their volunteer benefits will be revoked.

I agree I am of sound mind and understand that I may be left unattended to work on my own throughout the event as I may be asked to monitor various volunteer stations and I agree that I am responsible enough to do so. I understand that in the event I need to leave the festival grounds I will notify a Community Foundation team member immediately. 

 

I hereby release The Calhoun County Community Foundation, and The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners from liability of any injuries that may occur before, during, or after my child’s involvement in Florida River Fest. 

 

By signing below I agree to abide by all rules and conditions of Florida River Fest as outlined above, and to release and forever discharge from any liability the event organizers, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, officers, agent, and employees. I understand that the above event in no way guarantees any return or benefits. I understand these rules and regulations and agree to all the terms of this volunteer agreement.
