Do you have a beautiful Classic Car or a fun Hot Rod you want to showcase at FL River Fest? If so complete the form below to register for a chance to show off in style!

 

Due to limited space pre-registration is required.

REGISTRATION IS FREE however

ALL participants must pay general admission at gate of River Fest.

$5 per person CASH ONLY at Gate!

 

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FEB. 14, 2026 ​​​

  • ALL CARS MUST LOAD IN BETWEEN 8am-10am cst.

  • No cars will be permitted inside the gates after 10am cst.

  • For security purposes & the safety of guests, ALL cars must remain stationary & in place until dismissed by FL River Fest staff. 

  • Additional load in details will be sent the week prior to Feb. 28th to the email on file. 

Please complete the form below to participate in the 2026 FL River Fest Classic Car Cruise In. Deadline to register is February 14, 2026. There is no fee to participate however all participants must pay the River Fest general admission entry fee of $5 CASH ONLY at the gate.

I will not hold the event or event organizers responsible for loss due to damage or theft. I understand that the above event in no way guarantees any return or benefits. I understand these rules and regulations and agree to all the terms of this vendor/exhibitor agreement. I fully understand and agree to enter the gates between 8am - 10am cst and remain stationary until dismissed by festival staff.
