HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

If I have a River Fest Armband from Neal Landing can I get into the Rock the River Concert?

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE?

All tickets for FL River Fest at Neal Landing will be available for purchase at the main gate  on the day of the event. Tickets for Rock the River must be pre-purchased online.

No. You must purchase a separate ticket for ROck the river. Due to security concerns and venue rules we must have separate admissions.

YES! YOU CAN PURCHASE TICKETS AT the river fest gate at neal landing.  

tickets for rock the river must be pre-purchased online.  WE DO HAVE A CAPACITY LIMIT SO ONCE THAT HAS BEEN REACHED TICKETS WILL BE SOLD OUT. if capacity has not been reached prior to the event then tickets can be purchased at the gate for rock the river.

HOW DO I ORDER GROUP TICKETS?

ALL TICKETS ARE INDIVIDUALLY SOLD. THERE ARE NO GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE.

CAN I LEAVE AND RETURN?

Your armband will act as your ticket so you can come and go throughout the daytime event at neal landing as long as you are wearing an armband. 

there is no re-entry for rock the river. you will not be permitted re-entry if you exit the gates.

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

NO. All ticket sales at fl river fest at neal landing are CASH ONLY! Depending on wifi services at the time of the event you may be able to pay with a credit/debit card at the concession stand. THERE may BE AN ATM ONSITE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE,
