EMERGENCY PROCEDUREs
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of festival staff and listen for announcements. Area First responders will be on site in the event they are needed for an emergency.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If severe weather is observed in the area we will make the proper announcements via our stage PA systems including the severity of the storm, evacuation instructions, and festival suspension. Safety of our patrons is of the utmost importance to us. in the event of lightening, high winds, severe weather, acts of god, or any other natural disaster beyond our control FL River Fest and/or Rock the River can and may be cancelled immediately without refund.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
IN the event of an emergency evacuation please calmly make your way to the nearest exit and listen to festival staff and stage announcements for directions.
RAIN OR SHINE
Be prepared with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a raincoat.
Rain or shine except in the case of inclement weather that poses a threat to guest safety.
SECURITY
Please prepare for heightened security including bag checks upon entering the festival. All attendees are subject to pat downs, bag searches and wanding. Armed security will be on site at all times. The CCCF / RFFL will take all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of event guests, staff, artists, & vendors.
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!
If you experience unusual behavior or see something you know shouldn’t be there, say something. Please report suspicious behavior to any festival staff member, medical personnel, security or visit our information booth.
MEDICAL
Area First responders will be on site in the event they are needed for an emergency. Find a RF staff member who will guide you to the proper assistance. a Medical/ first aid tent is located just inside the gate at fl river fest near the pickin' porch. All volunteers and staff will be wearing neon yellow shirts!
POLICIES
REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. CCCF IS UNDER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION TO THE PERFORMING ARTISTS, THEREFORE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TICKETS OR MERCHANDISE SOLD BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER Florida RIVER FEST.
BAG POLICY
THERE WILL BE BAG CHECK AND METAL DETECTOR SCANNING AT BOTH FL RIVER FEST & ROCK THE RIVER. CLEAR BAGS ONLY WILL BE PERMITTED INTO ROCK THE RIVER AT BOWLES FIELD.
Re-Entry
Armbands will be given at the gate. You may re-enter with an armband during fl river fest at neal landing. All those not wearing armbands will be required to purchase a ticket for entry and/or re-entry. You must purchase a separate ticket for rock the river. there is no re-entry permitted for rock the river. if you exit the gates you will not be allowed to re-enter.
FOOD/BEVERAGE
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE WILL BE PERMITTED. NO COOLERS. NO PERSONAL BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS WILL BE ON SITE FOR PATRONAGE.
ALCOHOL/TOBACCO
NO ALCOHOL AND/OR TOBACCO ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO SMOKING or vaping. No firearms.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
NO professional videography, Drones or GoPros are permitted at Bowles Field. Cell phone photography is acceptable.
