FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

How to Apply:

All food vendors must apply using the Food Vendor Application below. Selected vendors will be notified by Feb. 1st. PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS PRIOR TO APPLYING. In the event your application is denied you will be refunded in full. Otherwise THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

 

Insurance Requirements:

All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming the following entities as additionally insured:

Calhoun County Community Foundation - 4919 SW John Daniels Rd. Kinard, FL 32449

Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners - 20859 Central Ave. East Blountstown, FL 32424

Exclusivity 

FL River Fest will make every effort to accept only one vendor per cuisine. EX: If a BBQ truck has been selected no other bbq trucks will be selected as vendors. Varietal menus may be accepted regardless or may be asked to exclude specific menu items.

Load In:

Load in will begin at 7am cst. All vendors must be in place and ready to serve by 10AM cst. All vendor vehicles must be moved from the event site and into the vendor parking lot by 9:30am cst.

Beverages:

Absolutely no ALCOHOLIC beverages, TEA, or WATER are to be sold from any food vendor.  during FL RIver Fest. The Calhoun County Community Foundation will be selling TEA, WATER AND (non alcoholic) BIG RIVER SPLASH beverages during this event. 

Electricity:

Food vendors are responsible for their own power. Generators are encouraged but please make every effort possible to ensure they are quiet generators as to not interfere with the event sound. *electricity will not be available in the food area. 

Service: 

Selected vendors must be able to serve high volume/fast paced. Please limit your menu to ready made items or items that can be served within 7-10 minutes. Final menus may be requested for review by FLRF staff.

Leave No Trace:

Food vendors are responsible for the area around their trucks. Trash bins will be on site however Please bring any additional trash bins you may need for cooking supplies. please make sure no paper products are left outside where they can blow around the grounds, (napkins, plasticware, etc.)

MINIMUMS:

Food vendors are responsible for thEIR OWN SALES. FLORIDA RIVER FEST AND/OR THE CALHOUN COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION DOES NOT GRANT MINIMUM PAYMENT AGREEMENTS TO ANY VENDORS. SERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL FL RIVER FEST PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR GOODS, OR SERVICES RENDERED TO ANY FOOD VENDORS. 

 

REFUNDS:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, OUTSIDE OF DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. DUE TO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS CCCF CANNOT GRANT REFUNDS IN THE EVENT FLORIDA RIVER FEST IS CANCELLED. PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS PRIOR TO APPLYING.
