RULES AND REGULATIONS

Entries are $5 per photo.

Each contestant may enter 1 photo per category for a total of 5 photos.

Deadline to enter is February 1, 2024.

Digital entries only. No printed photos will be accepted.

Color photos only.

Photos with watermarks or signatures will not be accepted.

Entries must be cropped for 8x10 printing. We are not responsible for any cropping that may occur when printed in 8x10 format.

Photos will be judged digitally however, The Community Foundation will print all photos from the same lab in 8x10 format for display at Florida River Fest.

All photos must be suitable for family viewing. The board has the right to eliminate any sensitive subject matter.

There are no refunds.

By entering this contest you agree that all entries are your own and you accept full copyright responsibility for each entry. Violations of US copyright law can carry fines up to $50,000 and up to 10 years in prison.

Winners will be selected and announced at Florida River Fest on Saturday February 24, 2024.

First, Second, & Third ribbons will be awarded for each category in each age division.

First place winners from each category will compete for Best of the Fest. (overall winner)

Contestants and winners must leave their images and ribbons on display throughout the entirety of the festival.

Printed photos will be property of the Community Foundation, However you may pick up your photo(s) and ribbons after 6pm on the day of the festival.
-
All printed photos not picked up between 6-8pm on the night of River Fest will be disposed of.
